For the sixth consecutive year, ACCESS College Foundation, which helps students in South Hampton Roads and Northampton County navigate the college admission and financial aid processes, has received a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator. Only 5 percent of charities they evaluate have received at least six consecutive 4-star evaluations.
